City, area code and a specific number
The area code identifies the number’s geography: for example, +7 727 is Almaty and +7 7172 is Astana. An area code is not a complete subscriber number. The EURASIAN TELECOM catalogue lists cities with number resources; a specific digit combination is confirmed only on request.
What to include in your request
Choose a city from the catalogue and describe how the number will be used. If you prefer certain digits, state them as a preference rather than an automatic reservation.
- Company and responsible contact.
- One city or a list for several departments.
- Whether you need a new number or an assessment of an existing one.
Decide who will answer
Identify the PBX, employee phones or applications, working hours and busy handling rules. If there are several numbers, explain whether calls must be distinguished by city. The scenario and equipment are assessed before connection.
Documents and activation
Required documents, contractual terms, timing and checks are clarified for your company. A city in the register does not imply an EURASIAN TELECOM office there or immediate allocation of a number. After agreement, check how a test call arrives and is handled.
