Describe your workflow
A small office and a sales team with several branches need different call handling rules. Describe a normal working day and what should happen when everyone is busy.
- Who answers first, who takes over and who follows up with the customer?
- When does your company answer calls, and what should callers hear outside those hours?
- How many conversations may take place at the same time during busy periods?
Choose cities for your numbers
List the cities you need and specify whether you require a new number or already use one. EURASIAN TELECOM lists number resources in 19 cities. A specific number, use of an existing number and connection terms must be assessed on request.
Separate the connection, call handling and CRM requirements
A telephone number is how customers reach you. A PBX organises how the team handles calls. CRM integration addresses a separate question: which information employees need in their system. Discuss each part so that connecting a number does not imply unconfirmed features.
Agree how the connection will be checked
Ask for the service scope, equipment compatibility, responsible people and acceptance procedure to be recorded. Useful test scenarios include an ordinary incoming call, a busy employee, out-of-hours handling and an outgoing call. Agree the exact set for your configuration.
